Update: This contest was reopened and I was able to enter this shirt design. No news back if I won but if I do I’ll be pretty stoked to see these on the streets.
After years of hand-drawing letters I thought maybe I’d just go ahead and complete the set.
Making my own fontset was a bit more work then I initially realized. I knew about the twenty-six letters of course but then there’s upper and lower case. On top of that, there’re the numbers and twenty plus special symbols.

This conference is a long time in coming. Back in 2004 when Rails really hit hard for me it wasn’t so big in Tulsa. It’s just one of those things that has to have years to build.
Now our Rails community may still be small but we’re stylish. These are hand printed in my garage one at a time. Hit me up for one of these vintage threads early and let me know you’ll be there.
I made this for a rasta-like musician named Bee but something happened and he never showed back up to pick it up. I don’t understand it because the art is super nice. I think it was a money thing.
Nothing personal but someone should use this art so it’s up for sale again. I’ve still got the vector art and would be happy to make it the colors of your choosing.
